The best thing about the house of Jaisalmer was that it was one big, helpful, accepting, fun-loving and studious (:P) family. Jaisalmer had the best performers, the craziest ‘life-of-the-party’ guys, gym freaks, sports enthusiasts, musicians; you name it, and we had it. Living in Jaisalmer was a unique experience that made life at IIMU so much easier and so much fun!
And then, in a flash, the first year was done, and it was time for the seniors to leave. To us, juniors, it was tough to say goodbye to those seniors who had been like family. Before going, we were told never to forget the values that made Jaisalmer so unique and how we were the ones who had to pass on those values to the future batch.
Fast forward to June 2019. We, the seniors of Jaisalmer, have called for a cluster meet. The legacy of this house is now ours to carry forward. The responsibility of ensuring that the values of this house continue is now ours. We start off with those very words, ’Welcome to Jaisalmer, Babbar Shero’.
Area of Aditya Birla Group I would like to work with
If given a chance, I would like to work for Aditya Birla Capital division of Aditya Birla Group. Even though I am an engineer, finance is something that interests me and piques my interest. I believe that doing what interests you play a crucial part in determining your career growth and satisfaction, and hence I would love the opportunity to showcase and utilise my abilities and skills in the domain I love with one of the stalwarts in the industry.
As one of the largest financial service players in India, Aditya Birla Capital would not only provide me with diverse opportunities that will help me grow in the future but also give me the change to rub my shoulders with the best in the country and learn from them. I believe that this division would provide me with the perfect platform to achieve my career goals.
